Islands Museum opened Pre-opening of the Islands Museum was realized within the scope of Istanbul 2010 ECOC Agency’s projects n cooperation with Adalar (Islands) Municipality and Adalar Foundation.

Istanbul in Memories Supported by the History Foundation and Istanbul 2010 ECOC Agency, the project “Istanbul in Memories” carries socio-cultural diversity of Istanbul onto a website as depicted by many famous figures as wells ordinary people.

Treasures of the Ottoman Sultans in Moscow for the first time "Ottoman Sultans’ Treasures from Istanbul Topkapi Palace” exhibition is on display at the Kremlin Palace Museum in Moscow.

Tatarlı - The Return of Colours Thanks to the financial support of the Agency “Istanbul 2010 European Capital of Culture” and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Germany this exceptional painted wooden tomb chamber with its colorful pictures of war.

Qualified Implementation Staff Training Program for the Process of Conservation of Cultural Heritage The aim of the project is to raise and train young people, as master craftsmen and intermediary staff who are equipped with all required skills and competencies to apply and implement the techniques and technologies on this particular discipline.

Marmaray-Metro Protection Excavations Symposium Proceedings Project This project aims at collecting the statements submitted during the Marmaray-Metro Protection Excavations Symposium and publishing a book out of this compilation.

Exhibition - Ten Thousand Years of Iran's Civilization Project “Ten Thousand Years of Iran's Civilization” is a temporary exhibition to be displayed at Topkapi Palace Museum until February 2010.

Topkapi Palace Museum - Sur-i Sultani (Sultan Walls) Searching Conference Preliminary step to the Sur-i Sultani Strategic Plan was taken on 31 October 2008 with the participation of specialists from Topkapi Palace Museum and Istanbul 2010 ECOC Agency representatives together with experts of museum management, area management and Ottoman History.

Strategic Vision and Plan for Sur-i Sultani The primary purpose of the Strategic Vision and Plan is to develop a preservation strategy for Sur-i Sultani that will tell the story “One City and Three Worlds”.

Exhibition for Two Friend Monarchs: Sultan Abdulhamid II and Kaiser Wilhelm II Within the scope of events by the Istanbul 2010 European Capital of Culture Agency, the exhibition “Two Friend Monarchs: Sultan Abdulhamid II and Kaiser Wilhelm II” was prepared by the Department of National Palaces, and opened in Yıldız Şale mansion on 2 May 2009.
